Tycoon is a new card-based game in Persona 5 Royal that you get to play exclusively in the Thieves’ Den. To be able to play Tycoon, you will need to unlock the Thieves’ Den which is only possible after you complete the Dungeon after beating Kamoshida’s Palace in Persona 5 Royal.
